Rede House offers 240 student apartments within walking distance of Teeside University in central Middlesbrough.

Rede House has been designed to provide the students of Teesside with a high standard of luxury accommodation representing something new to the student market in Middlesbrough.

All studio apartments come with a personal fitted kitchen, study area and en-suite shower room. Students also have access to a range of bespoke communal facilities including a fully-equipped gymnasium, entertainment room, cinema room, lounge, laundry room and secure bicycle storage area.

The property is block managed by Fortis Estate Management and operated by Fortis Student Living.

We highly recommend Fortis Student Livings parent company, Fortis Lettings and Management, as a lettings and management company for all properties within the building.

Conforming to the ANUK National Code for Student Accommodation, Fortis Student Living follow a distinct set of standards for our student accommodation. Accreditation is voluntary and is available for both educational establishments and private accommodation providers, the purpose being to provide students with professional housing services.

The standards chosen for the Codes reflect a balance of common sense obligations and responsibilities between landlords and tenants. They also reflect established best practice in the sector and are based on what an average student and their parents would expect of a good quality housing supplier. The standards are supported by the voice of students themselves through the National Union of Students.
